COLLABORATION | The conquest of Mont-Blanc by FUSALP & ANGELINA

To celebrate the Mont-Blanc Days, renown tea room Angelina and Fusalp unite for an exclusive collaboration that oozes boldness and French elegance.

This encounter, patently obvious, is about two brands showing their unique savoir-faire.

Mathilde Lacoste – Fusalp Creative Director – and Christophe Appert – Angelina Pastry Chef – have combined their talents to rewrite the Mont-Blanc, the legendary signature pastry of the tea room : the Fusalp Mont-Blanc, full of colors and flavors, was born.

The Fusalp Mont-Blanc is composed of crunchy French meringue covered with light whipped cream and covered in cherry and blueberry (to mimic Fusalp’s iconic blue and red colors) chestnut cream vermicelli. A subtle blend of sweet cream and unsweetened puree round out the finesse of this delicious pastry.

Between 8-11 November 2019, Maison Angelina will be celebrating the Mont-Blanc, its iconic creation, in both its classic and revisited versions. The Fusalp Mont-Blanc will also be available for tasting on Saturday 9 November in three Fusalp stores in Paris*.
