WORLD CANCER DAY | Fusalp joins the fight

For the 20th edition of the World Cancer Day organized by UICC (Union Internationale Contre le Cancer), Fusalp joins the awareness campaign and donates 10% of sales generated on fusalp.com* to the À Chacun son Everest ! organisation.

When the disease ends, life must go on !

Since 2011, the À Chacun son Everest ! organization accompanies children with cancer and leukemia, and women who recovered from breast cancer, in the difficult post-disease stage and helps them return to a normal life.

The goal of the organisation is to help the individual overcome the disease, regain self-esteem and the desire to heal.

À Chacun son Everest ! was founded in 1994 by Christine Janin. A doctor and savvy alpinist, Janin has an incredible path that matches her engaging lively personality. She helps people see the beauty of life and one’s capacity to fight.

À Chacun son Everest ! is located at the bottom of the Mont-Blanc, in a cosy house that welcomes children and women on their way to recovery. Sports activities (trekking, climbing…), conversations, dedicated support care (yoga, sophrology, meditation and massage therapy).

Everything was designed to regain strength and overcome trauma.

Since 1994, 333 workshops have been organised to accompany 4561 children.
Since 2011, 104 stays have been accommodated for 1243 women.

These stays for women and children are entirely paid for by the organization (travel costs, accommodation, medical care, equipment, activities…) that needs our help to carry on helping.

Fusalp, a partner of À Chacun son Everest ! since its creation, would like to thank you for your support and commitment.

*10% of the sales (excl. tax) generated on fusalp.com from 3rd until 4th February at midnight (GMT+1).
