You have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the product ordered on the website. Any package returned beyond the stated time will be refused and returned to the sender. Returns and exchanges cannot be done in store.
For a return, the customer will have to make a request via their customer account in order to obtain an agreement and a return reference number. This number must be written on the "Return Coupon" form attached to the order.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unworn, accompanied by all its accessories, its label and the return slip, to the following address:
Packages that bear incorrect customer identification details (surname, first name, address, order number and return number) will be refused. For any return, proof of shipment stamped by the post office must be kept. Upon receipt of the returned product, our customer service team will send an email confirmation of receipt.
In metropolitan France, the first return is free of charge. A pre-paid label is sent automatically as soon as the return request is approved. Additional returns, as well as the risks related to the return of the product, are the responsibility of the sender.
On the international market, the return, as well as the risks related to the return of the products, are at the sender’s expenses.
No refund, exchange or credit note will be made until Fusalp has received the returned product.
In metropolitan France, the exchange* is possible under the condition of changing only the size or the color of the product. Any exchange against another model or style will result in a new order.
In France and internationally, it is possible to request a credit note or a refund for the returned product. Credit notes are only valid on www.fusalp.com. The refund will be made within a maximum of fourteen days after receipt of the product, with return credit by bank transfer to the card used for the original purchase.
