All orders confirmed before 1pm, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day with an expected delivery date no later than 48 hours for all Metropolitan France deliveries (excepted Saturday and Sunday).
Not satisfied with your order?
You have a period of 14 days after reception to inform us in writting and ask for an exchange or refund, then send us
back the product.
You can obtain a return number by logging on your customer account online or sending a request to email@example.com.
Afterward, you will receive by email a prepaid “So Colissimo” note to print and paste on the parcel before dropping it off at La Poste.
When we receive your parcel, reimbursement will be made using your original payment method in a maximum period of 14 days.

As soon as we receive the return from you, we will immediately send your chosen replacement size article free of charge.
